within the North Shore Family Health Team
DESCRIPTION: The North Shore Family Health Team, located in Schreiber and Terrace Bay, is recruiting a full time Registered Dietitian to work within an inter-disciplinary team of Doctors, Social Worker, Nurse Practioner, RPN, Hospital staff and Pharmacist; providing a variety of health and prevention programs for a diverse community. Services will be contracted to The McCausland Hospital and the Northern Diabetes Health Network Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc., Degree in Foods and Nutrition
- Current Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Certified Diabetes Educator, an asset
- Hold liability insurance policy
- Ability to provide both clinical and educational services
- Provide own transportation
