Medical Clinics
The North Shore Family Health Team (NSFHT) was established in 2006 and is composed of four physicians, a nurse practitioner, a social health worker, a dietician and a nurse. The NSFTHT has just begun and expects to expand!
The Clinics are both fully computerized with Electronic Medical Records and PACS (imaging). There is also access to the Regional Hospital database including imaging, specialist consultations, other investigations and results.
Clinics are equipped with two to three exam rooms per physician, friendly and efficient staff, and the nurse practitioner is shared between the two sites.
