The Diabetes Program is now managed by the Terrace Bay Diabetes Program through Stewart Pharmacy. Appointments can still be made with your Diabetes Team by contacting Jane Chasse, Diabetes Health Nurse or Nicole Strong, Dietitian at 825-3666.
