Diabetes Program
The McCausland Hospital Diabetes Program is funded by the Northern Diabetes Health Network. The Nothern Diabetes Health Network, is a not-for-profit organization, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, working to improve the lives of people affected with diabetes.
This is a part-time diabetes education program with two staff members - a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian.
The program may be accessed by referral from a Health Care Professional or by self-referral.
