2008/2009 Members
The Hospital is governed by a "Board of Governors" appointed by the members of the Hospital Corporation in accordance with the By-Laws of the Hospital.
Board Meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month from September through May. Meetings are open to the public with the exception of some portions dealing with confidential matters that are conducted "in camera". Anyone wishing to make a presentation to the Board must contact the Secretary to the Board, Mr. Paul Paradis, at 825-3273, ext 150 at least 7 days prior to the meeting date.
The Board of Governors is comprised of 9 elected members and 6 ex-officio members.
